1. Psychological Test
This phase evaluates your cognitive abilities and psychological attributes. It involves the personality assessment through written task like Thematic Appreciation Tests,Word Association Test, Situation Reaction Test, Self Description Test.
The Psychology Test serves as a vital tool in the SSB Interview process. Psychology test helps the selection board to understand your MANSA (psychological profile) which, in turn, assists in evaluating your suitability for a career in the Armed Forces. By assessing your personality, the test aims to identify your leadership qualities, emotional intelligence, and mental stress tolerance.

2. Group Task (GTO)
